My stay at Rixos The Palm Luxury Suite Collection was generally pleasant, highlighted by the spacious suite and friendly staff. However, I was disappointed by some aspects of the luxury experience, particularly the quality of the room and amenities. Overall, while there were enjoyable moments, I expected more from a hotel of this caliber.
I recently stayed at Rixos The Palm Luxury Suite Collection, and overall, I had a great experience. The reception staff, especially Gorgan, was super helpful and made my check-in a breeze. However, I did notice there weren't any plugs near the mirrors in the bedrooms, which made it a bit tricky to do my hair. Still, the breakfast was pretty good, and I'd definitely recommend this place!
